Arts Psychotherapies is a way of working in a creative and purposeful way increasing the opportunity to improve your mental health. This can lead to improved energy levels and focus, improving your health and well being.

Through working with Arts Psychotherapies an opportunity is offered to discover and explore what needs attention in your life.

At times there are no words to describe our experiences of the many emotional struggles of every day life including:

Low self-esteem

Dealing with bereavement

There are times when putting words to problems can be overwhelming.
The arts is another way of communicating (expressing) and also allows verbal reflections. The arts can be a bridge to words and can help to improve psychological and emotional well-being.

To work with the Arts Therapies you do not need to have had any previous experience of the arts.
